Our Melbourne Contact Centre provides quality customer service and product support to the general public on behalf of several high-profile retail and corporate clients.

Exciting growth sees the need for highly motivated Customer Service Operators to provide reliable and quality focused inbound support to a number of our existing clients.

The majority of activity and relationship building is performed over the phone and would suit candidates with experience in customer support type roles including processing inbound phone calls, responding to email enquiries and liaising with the project team.

Ideal applicants enjoy working with data requiring strong attention-to-detail supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in a customer-contact role will be advantageous. Tertiary qualifications, whilst preferred, are not essential.

We are looking for keen, responsible and bright individuals who can grow with our organisation. Training will be provided and an immediate start is available.
