We are currently seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our Quality Assurance unit (in the Software Development Department).  This hands-on role involves a range of tasks related to the quality assurance, delivery and support of innovative software applications across a variety of platforms, including Windows and Mobile platforms, and embedded systems. Key responsibilities include scheduling activities for a team of 5 testers, system testing and liaison with developers, clients and key stakeholders.

 

This is a role that combines product development, quality assurance and team leading across discrete industry sectors with a wide variety of platforms, domain interest and product designs.

 

To qualify for this role you will have experience in software product management or software quality assurance.  You will be willing to take on staff management and have perhaps operated in a senior tester role.  As communication is vital in this role, good written and oral communication skills are a must, as well as an understanding of the business and of how our product delivery meets our clients needs.

 

Other capabilities include: ability to devise re-usable test scripts, understanding of testing and documentation methodologies, complete knowledge of the full SDLC, commitment to high standards and client service.  Relevant software testing qualifications would be well regarded.
