We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and high-energy Information Services Coordinator to assist in managing all the information support services provided by the division, which includes data entry, phone-based customer service, document management and software support. The co-ordinator role is responsible for meeting processing deadlines, ensuring a high level of quality customer service to all clients at all times.
Successful candidates will have:
- previous experience in a similar role
- excellent communication skills
- solid and accurate typing skills (55 wpm / 95% accuracy)
- proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word and familiarity with Access).
The ability to organise and supervise staff, prioritise and monitor workloads, delegate tasks, and meet deadlines will be highly considered.
