The ideal candidate possesses relevant tertiary qualifications (preferably IT and/or Marketing), and has a successful track-record in meeting or exceeding Business Development targets within a high-tech, conceptual-services selling environment. You are motivated by identifying leads, and proactively converting these into sales, selling commercial benefits to your client group. Your personal skill sets include: IT awareness, commercial astuteness, ability to identify and sell concepts, account management and relationship management, passionate about keeping an up-to-date knowledge of product and service capability and aligning this with new business opportunities with existing and new customers, tender writing, and hunger/enjoyment of ‘doing deals’.
