DCA's solution
By talking to DCA, they found that DCA specialises in magazine subscription management through its product Subs Plus, and has a team of magazine subscription experts from which they could draw a vast amount of experience on how to increase their subscriber base.
The solution that was implemented was centred around Subs Plus, DCA’s subscription management software, combined with DCA’s customer service support (call centre, email, mail and fax processing). DCA’s customer service team provides regular monthly reports covering marketing, financials, and feedback from subscribers. The team reviews despatch reports for accuracy and anomalies and once validated they schedule the reports for automated production and distribution of the magazines.
